1. Website and content

Neurovia publishes information about its services, experience, and data and artificial intelligence topics. The content is informational and does not by itself constitute professional advice, a quotation, a binding offer, or a guarantee of results.

2. AI demo and assessment

The demo provides an automatically generated initial hypothesis based on the text entered. It may contain errors or be unsuitable for a specific decision. You must review the output before relying on it and must not enter personal, sensitive, confidential, or trade-secret information.

The guided assessment is general guidance calculated from the selected answers. It does not replace a professional assessment or commit Neurovia to a service.

3. Contact, newsletter, and scheduling

Submitting a form, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a meeting does not create a contractual relationship. A service begins only when the parties separately agree its scope and terms. You can unsubscribe through the link included in every email.

4. Permitted use

• Use the website and its tools lawfully and without impersonating others.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with operations, extract data abusively, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the demo to process information that you are not authorized to provide to Neurovia or its providers.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, brand, copy, and original site assets belong to Neurovia. Cited sources, brands, and third-party services belong to their respective owners. You may link to public content; reproduction or commercial exploitation requires authorization unless the law provides an exception.

6. External services and links

The site relies on external providers for hosting, forms, scheduling, analytics, artificial intelligence, and communications. Neurovia does not control the continuous availability of those services. Links to other websites are provided as access points and are subject to the corresponding third party’s terms.

7. Availability and liability

Neurovia may correct, update, or remove content and tools. It does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every piece of content applies to every organization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing associated with the website is explained in the Privacy policy. When using external services, the policies of the provider receiving the information also apply.
