Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Neurovia processes through neurovia.cl, why it uses it, and which third parties take part in that operation. It describes the system as it works today.
Last updated:
1. Controller and contact
Neurovia is responsible for the processing described in this policy. For questions or requests concerning personal data, email contacto@neurovia.cl.
2. Information we process
- Newsletter and checklist: email address, subscription source, consent, subscription, delivery and unsubscribe status, and the technical identifiers required to process delivery and unsubscribe requests.
- Contact form: name, email address, company —if you choose to provide it—, message, and the option indicating how you found Neurovia.
- AI demo: a short description of the business or challenge, language, generated response, request status and duration, token usage, approximate country, user agent, and a non-reversible hash of the IP address. The unmodified IP address is not stored in the demo database.
- Guided assessment: answers and results are calculated in your browser and are not stored or sent to Neurovia.
- Site usage: Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate browsing metrics. Neurovia does not use GA4 and does not configure cookies for this measurement.
- Scheduling: the Cal.com calendar does not load when you open the page. It loads only after you select “View available times”; from that point, Cal.com may set technical third-party cookies and receives the data you enter in its interface.
3. How we use the information
- Manage subscriptions, send articles, record deliveries, and honor unsubscribe requests.
- Respond to business enquiries and prepare a conversation about the issue raised.
- Generate and evaluate the AI demo response, enforce its daily limit, and diagnose failures.
- Understand aggregate site usage and improve the website.
- Protect forms and services against abuse, automation, and duplicate submissions.
4. Basis for processing
The newsletter is processed following the subscription request and its associated consent. Contact details are used to respond to an enquiry initiated by the sender. Security controls and aggregate measurement are necessary to operate and protect the site. Where applicable, processing may also be required to comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers involved
These services may process information outside Chile according to their infrastructure and terms. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram lead to external services; their processing after you open them is governed by their own policies.
- MochaHost hosts and serves the static website and may process technical data inherent to a web request.
- Cloudflare provides aggregate web analytics without cookies configured by Neurovia.
- Vercel hosts the Intranet services, newsletter APIs, and AI demo.
- Supabase stores subscribers, delivery and unsubscribe status, operational records, and AI demo requests.
- Resend processes newsletter sends and delivery events.
- Anthropic generates the demo response and supports editorial workflows managed by Neurovia.
- OpenAI supports the generation of editorial graphic assets managed by Neurovia; public forms do not automatically send their responses to OpenAI.
- Web3Forms receives and forwards data submitted through the contact form.
- Cal.com loads the calendar when you request available times, may set technical third-party cookies, and processes the data you enter when booking a meeting.
6. Retention
Neurovia currently has no automated policy with uniform retention periods for all these records. For that reason, this policy does not state periods that the system does not enforce. Deletion requests are reviewed individually, considering the type of data and any obligations that may require its preservation.
7. Your rights
You may request information about and access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, and its deletion or blocking where applicable. Chilean Law 21,719, which enters into force on December 1, 2026, strengthens these rights and adds erasure, objection, and portability in the cases established by law.
To exercise these rights, email contacto@neurovia.cl and provide the information needed to identify your record and the specific request. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link included in every send.
8. Security and sensitive data
Neurovia restricts operational access to the systems that store these records. No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Do not enter third-party personal data, sensitive information, or confidential material in the AI demo or site forms.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when forms, providers, or processing activities change. The date displayed at the top identifies the published version.
